I love it the mixture of depression and apparent zombie killing joy was good.
Dunno why he's so depressed. All the locals seem friendly, he didn't get eaten by the girls or gunned down by the bikers, that worm seemed nice enough as well. And the best stress relief in the world, zombies + cinderblock. Very nice work, i like it ^^.
Looks like this could have potential if you fleshed it out into a full comic. As a standalone/intro page fairly funny, but...what's with everyone being into zombies the last few years? I don't get it. Just watch out that your main character and his interactions don't become cliche.
