This was pretty damn, and well done compared to the last one
especually when Scrooge does that slow motion manuver on the bullet
the Webby part made me jump, but laugh at the same time

Its been about 5 since I saw this, but I remember so many bits from it. I loved it then and I love it more now, lol.
Simply, its fucking awesome.
Letdown
One positive thing about this cartoon is that it makes a ton of somewhat clever references to several TV shows/movies/video games/etc. However, I found it largely unfunny. The animation looks bad but you can see that obviously the creator is capable of good flash, as evidenced by the Michael Jackson character and others. Fun music selections...and it was funny when the pillar falls on the Monkees. But, the voices were annoying and I didn't find it that funny overall. It was a big letdown after watching the dragonball z parody you made.
