Hella funny
I LOLed most when Gizmoduck transforms in Optmus - and at the end with the "beep beep" of the reverse gear hahaha.
i only didn't liked the Webby screamer part. I just hate screamers and I found it no funny - but I'm not lowering my rate because of this.
At the end, it looks like South Park - the animation is kinda crappy but the history worths it.

TOO SHORT
That was a lot shorter than the first movie, more like an episode than a full-length film, you know? This one scared me at times, but I guess that's just how Resident Evil is...I will never play it XD
I thought the blue nephew was dead! And why is Webby dead? She never even showed up in the FIRST movie, so there's no logical reason for her to be a zombie.
