The movie, having been developed by the same twisted mind that thought of the Buttplug game, I'm going to go on record as saying this is only moderately more tolerable... I've seen better PMS jokes from a Cracker Jack box.
Ah good ol' disgusting humor.
The thing that sets this apart from the usual crap on NG is that it's actually well done. The animation and voice acting is great, but I'll admit. I don't like the humor. At least he put more heart into it then most on NG.

The title really made me expect something really good, and I admit I like the femminist touch, but overall it is kinda obvious and not very funny at all, and even if I didn't know it was written by a guy, I'd have suspected it.
