It took me a few minutes to figure it out. I tend to disagree with some other reviewers, I believe its the green hatted one on the end that is the trickster.

It was a really good illusion, as Raychan said, the pink hatted one is the key :)
it is explainable but...
but i dont think i will explain it here or it might ruin the illusion. all ill say is its the pink hatted one thats the key
