cool
none are missing, it just seems like there is because the purple area hides one of them when the blocks are swinched. its hard to explain perfectly, but if you play around with it a while you'll understand.

I've seen this one before (on paper, not on NG )
In the first picture there idd are 15 , and 14 in the second.
The clue to this is , almost all 14 wizards are taller than the 15 wizards from the first picture.
So its not like one just vanished, its more like one wizard got split up and got added to the 14 others.
I still can't explain exactly HOW they did this but I guess thats why they're wizards :-)
Anyways see for yourself, the 14 mages are in taller than the 15 mages... That's where this mysterie is solved somewhere...
Greetz ;-)

( iblew my brain figuring it out! ouch
well...
I know the missin one has something to do with the one in the purple hat...
Seems optical illusions are a fad as of late. Spiffy stuff you got going there.
hmm
yeah I didnt need a pencil and paper the blue wizard behind the red hat doesnt have feet on the bottom right panel, so when you exchange the top panels, there is one less wizard because there is no feet.
