Now that's a very unique piece of artwork, not close to something I would come up with, I can tell you that.
With this one, it's major flaw is also something that defies the art. There are several styles of drawing, you have the cape, which is very brushed and computer-ish, then you have the skin, which is full of gradient and texture. Then there are the eyes, that are smooth and very detailed.
I think I like the lips the most of all, they look very soft and makes me want to kiss them. For some reason you were able to make the lips fit the character, which I wouldn't have ever thought about.

If you take a look at the original concept artwork, the cape actually has no texture. I thought if I added any to it it would become too distracting when your eyes are suppose to look at his face first (the focal point), I hope you can understand :). Thank you very much for the comment !
Dat lips
Wow this is an even more detailed then his original design! The shading on the lips especially for some reason . Also the fact that he's pretty much looking pretty damn boss in this portrait makes it all worth while. Great job!
