A start
Well, the fighting aspect is way to fake. But very entertaining. The drawing is nice, you can tell you did it quickly though. But nice... a few tricks though, make the hair follow the neck next time you show a side shot. And finnally put back in the voices.
Got some potential with a little more effort
It started off looking okay, but the drawings went down-hill after that. I think if you spent more time putting eye-candy into it, you would of definately come out with something good.
Dialogue speech would get it looking more like Hollywood and additional SFX's will get the viewers emotions more stirred (I like the 'maths-problem' effect! ^^).

Apart from that, and why I rated so low: It really REALLY looks like a Naruto copy/spoof.
Putting aside everything else, good job! Art takes practice and I'm sure in a year, there'll be rockin' .swf put out by you guys!
Voices man, please!
I try so hard to love the series (i very much like it, the fight animation is great)...but the lack of character voicing is killing me and a lot of others man :( Add that element, and your work will rake in huge scores and tons of new fans. Solid story telling, and despite lacking voicing, the characters are pretty well developed (although the sheer amount makes it hard to keep up :-P). Ill most likely keep watching further sessions, but Ill keep crossing my fingers for voicing as well, it would make the series amazing

the animation is coming along very well!!! ive been watching and waiting for the next ones in the xin series!!! wait... somethings missing... wheres my fav char... shit whats his name... hes like the quieter, weaker guy... shit, anyway ive posted on all yer other xin ones so itll say in there anyway i still love ghai! hes so cool, fuck anyone who says anime sucks man! anime kicks ass and besides, max your anime animation is looking better and better, absolutely love it! keep em comin!
