THE best.
Ive been on NG for some time, though not as a user, just checking out various Flash works, and I have to say, this is probably my favorite flash/series I have seen. I really have enjoyed all the the 'XIN' flash's up to this point and I would really like to note that the graphics are now outstanding. I may not be a ood flash artist [well, not yet anyway, I'm working on it privatly] But I am sure I could help out with voice acting. I'm not sure if you are reading this review, or have the time for it, but I will try to see if I can contact you.
Again, great work on the series. Now for my rating.
Graphics:
10, they really do look complete now in this chapter, the fist chapters was great, but these are just outstanding.
Sound:
8, voice acting, I know the first few now have it, but again, Ill be glad to help out. The varoius music clips and sound effects are perfectly placed throughout.
Interactivity:
well, 0, besides clicking play, there is none.
Style:
10, everything about this flash is amazing and [from what I've seen] original. Good job.
Violence:
10, great job. The fight scenes are fun to watch, and are perfectly calibrated.
Humor:
1, there were minor things i smirked upon.
Overall:
10, and why not?

or does this remind anyone else of that movie X:1999. huh, im also pretty sick of all this classic japan-a-mation type shit. enough with the fucked up hair and the glossy eyes!

i loved the animation, some of them needed work though, and voice overs are needed, but i loved the anime style and the dialogue, hope you can improve!
