Eh, I don't know, I liked the first one alot better. This one had one super gun and one crap gun. BlEED 1 had one bad-ass shotgun and that was it; that's all it needed.
The plot's branched off a fair bit, it's not all about retrieving the mirror shards anymore. I think you made it too deep, it's kinda lost the meaning. I hated having to reload after 5 clicks, but the unlimited ammo was all right. I preferred the old ammo limit, or perhaps a larger magazine but a reload-time.
It was also pretty hard to figure out what to do when it was in Movie Mode and you were fighting the final boss (his name's escaped me). I didn't actually figure it out, truth be told. You shouldn't have left it on Movie Mode, I thought it was a bug and would have closed it if I didn't realise the view-point and started clicking everywhere.
I skipped a bit of the plot by accident, so I might have missed a few things, but I liked the old guy better, or at least his costume. He was definitely cool, this new character's more like some techno freak who's armed with a pistol and wants to be the world's strongest creature. I definitely liked the old guy better.
I just think the main problem with this, no offence, was that you tried too hard to improve it and took it so far over the edge it went into the negatives. I still prefer the first episode, but very elaborate work on this one, nice going =)
