I'm a child of the 1980's. I used to play womp'em, destruction derby, donkey kong, elevator alley, and yes even Space Invaders. But I could still swear that when you beat a level you get new shields. But then again it has been a long time since i've played this.

I liked on how each level the bad guys got lower each time. The game was really easy for the first sevel levels almost too easy. I did get a little hard when the guys were almost on top of you in the higher levels. . Maybe you should have them go faster instead of getting lower each time.
i've always loved it...
and i always will. this is a great remake of the classical arcade game i used to play as a kid. very good graphics and sound effects, as they were origional as possible.
gameplay was great as the spaceship thing shot at a quickened rate when the enemies were closer, and the controls in general were simple. = good.
so overall, nice work mate. a great remake of a classical game. btw, my score was 21,320... good?
