You definitely have 3D skills, but you should try to make the stick figure a little more fluent and it would have been great.
and in some parts maybe a little slow-mo as everything just zipped so fast, and i feel i missed some good animation

But this isn't realy good. Just a stick jumping between cubes.
The only good part are the cars wich are very well done. Did you did it yourself ?
Animation in swift is quite simple and I think you can improve this movie easily. Try to put some colors to the buildings, I don't know.
Maybe a storyline can do the trick too.

Nice 3D effects, but needs serious work
Hey, not bad for a first attempt but ultimately this doesn't deliver.
The good:
Sweet 3D effects, more props if they were of your own design.
Nice fluid movement.
The bad:
What's up with that loading time to viewing time ratio?
That loading screen, a little effort goes a _long_ way.
The sound... argh.
Spidey the stickman? Why? Is it just me that's missing something here?
The ugly:
Uncredited copyright infringement, I'd hate to see this used in a case against NG :(
Conclusion:
I think this film is going to irritate a lot of people who see it, which is a shame because I see, wait for it, a lot of potential. My advice is to look at a few more high rated films and learn a few lessons. And don't be afraid to use your personality to improve your designs!
