I liked it...
Thought it was well made, and i could tell it took abit of time to make it of course.
As for the Theme Songs, they where scribbly i dunno if you like recorded them off Your t.v. or somthing but they where kinda annoying. The voices of characters where fine.
IF you fix that and fix the graphic a tiny bit you could have your self front page material.

No real substance to it. This wasn't very interesting either because some things were too unbelievable. Why was that guy shooting for like 30 seconds straight (at nothing: there wasn't even anyone firing back for half a minute) and how did he manage to hit those cops after having the shitty aim to hit every barrel and box? Why did Batman just sit there while the dude murdered two police officers? What was that Gothlam is Gothram supposed to mean? It's not even a riddle.
Anyway, those are a few of the major criticisms I have. As far as art goes you showed that you tried. Also, the downshot on the rotoscoped legs were a nice touch.
All in all though, I get the feeling that you just like things that go bang. Maybe you should leave out the story and just make a random batman fight scene. Could look nice
