Amazing, but work on your drawings

Before I say anything else, you have clearly got a good understanding of how to use athmospheric film making techniques, lighhting, angles etc. So stylistically this is the most impressive thing I've seen on NG, but take my advise if you want to, I know what I'm talking about, you should take some time to draw the characters, if roughness is your thing that's fine, but some of the characters were proportionally inaccurate something which i dont suppose you intended, a good tip is to view all your drawings in reverse as well and seeing from a different perspectice highlights errors, but regardless of all that, this was extremely good, plus Batman kicks ass!

it was okay, i mean it wasen't good, cuz i mean wtf, didn't he say kill the governor, but the guy just ices some dude in an alley, and shoots it out with the police, as batman watches on doing nothing, then the joker just drives by... i didn't like it, if u worked on it more it could be alot better, but think about the story b4 u make it.

why dont you just research batman some more! he's not gonna let a thug just kill 3 people like that! i thought it was funny that you put in that batman begins press release picture...good animating, but your portrayal of batman is all wrong

The fact that you used music from Star Wars at the beginning didn't do much for setting the Batman mood.
