Reviews for "Paper Mario - Tutankoopa"

I kinda like it, but...

... it happens to have something that I regard as a critical flaw.

You see, Paper Mario music was characterised by having an array of noises. Listen to any PM 1, 2 or SPM boss track, and you'll see what I mean. You included the "ooh-ah" noise (kind of like a donkey barking?) which is the kind of thing the original had, but I don't feel it was used the right way. I much prefer the original's arrangement.

ninjakoopa-33 responds:

Yeah, I get where you're coming from. When I was making this I was going for an original sound that was very different from the original arrangement. I know that Paper Mario songs generally have many different sounds and have some energy, and I'll go for that in my later songs while still giving them a little twist.

Thanks for the review.

Sweet

DO MORE PAPER MARIO TUNES!

ninjakoopa-33 responds:

Just wait, Dry Dry Desert's coming real soon!
Thanks for the review.

Amazing!

I love it! You took the original melody and personalized it. It takes me back to when I was a young'un and couldn't figure out how ON EARTH to beat Tutankoopa. Keep doing Paper Mario stuff!

ninjakoopa-33 responds:

Thanks man! I'm glad you like it.
Keep an eye out for Dry Dry Desert, coming soon!

Very cool

I really liked it, gave a quite funky feel to the sound, I really liked the whole arrangement. The bass at the start was spot on. Really set the tempo up and really helped the song along. I really liked the melody going though the song. The end did just seem to come out of nowhere though, that needs some work.Other than that, it was great

The ending seems to be everyone's problem, but at least you like the intro! ^^
