This is exactly what I can expect of you... you've returned to your old style, back in the "Victorious Day" and "Metal Visage" days. And that's a good thing. Not that I dislike your classic rock stuff...
Anyway it sounds nice, that much is a given. The strings in this song especially captures the suspense and frantic-ness of operating on someone to save a necessary life. The drums aren't too loud, which I'm grateful for. I don't think they'd fit if they were louder, but that's just me. Good work once again, Maestro!

Though I don't deny that not everybody is going to love or even like my classical rock stuff, it's nice to try something new every now and then! I'm glad you noticed the perc, I spent so much time fiddling with those things, and of course as you work on a song your ears dull to the details, so I was afraid I was hearing something then what was.

The dark cut series is definitely worthy of this, it paints the picture of a difficult surgery quite well too.
Everything flows so beautifully, and it loops perfectly!
