My eyes better explode out of my head when I see the other entries ... this is spectacular. The style is very reminiscent of Elf Quest ... god, that takes me back.

They were really good, I understand their choice. I wish I had had time to do proper anatomy for the creature and add a tad more details in the background, then I might have made it to final round :)

Not bad, I like the idea. Especially the carvings and the spirits. Although you didn't make it, think of more reimagined fairy tales in different cultures in the future because I'd like to see how these turn out. Nice work, keep on going.

It did! I had to stop drawing for a couple of days afterwards to rest my hand (I was doing that for the contest + artwork for an indi game. It was a pretty intense week).
