Very well done. All of the first submissions shall look like this (first submissions, not first flash movies). There is nearly nothing to critizise, beside the message boxes. The effect in these boxes is nice, but damn irritating.
The humor was a bit lame sometimes, but heh, you can't make everybody laughing the same ;)

I really liked it. I enjoyed the appearance of the really old megaman characters at the beginning. Also the use of PharohMan's attack animation was well done. Keep up the great work.

This is a very nice cartoon! For a first time cartoon, you actually managed to do good sprite animation, and you managed to make the sound play at the right times! The only downside is so-so grammar, but this is a spectacular start!!
