Teenage angst is the single most annoying thing ever. Please stop this crap.
Decent but with problems...
First and foremost, I think that showing the band (whose music was a horrible choice in the first place, but that's a different matter) significantly cheapened the whole experience. Also, the story was not cohesive, which docked a few points as well. If he's depressed because everyone hates him and beats him up, don't have him commit suicide because his girlfriend did the killed herself as well (and for that matter, don't throw that little bit of info in at the very end). The animation was okay, and the style fit. The sound quality, however, was absolute shit. Overall it was not a horrible animation, but it could have stood a few improvements.
