Why can't you just combine the techno loops in the techno version and thte drum progression in this version?
Anyways the drums in both versions are pretty awesome.
I thought that the main piano background is really simple (a little to simple?)
I understand that your main focus was the drums, but you could mix up the melody a bit more for the listeners.

the reason why i couldn't put the techno in this version, was cause i would have to slow down the bpm and the drum sequencing needs to be at a higher bpm or else it sounds weird.
