Pen, pencil, charcoal....what did you use? How long did this take?
It's very good. It's one of the best self-portrait's I've seen. Some people usually have a hard time getting their features right, namely the lips. But I'm thoroughly impressed by the shading and texture you did around your eyelashes. Very good! Heck you even got some of your moles. Very detailed. Very good!
I can see where you had some trouble with the right (anatomical) eye. It's like where does the corner-to-profile of the eyelid shading stop and where does the eye's pupil start. Their shades pretty much run into each other. But as I said, features are hard to get sometimes.
But still, really damn good!

I really wish I knew what else to say past that. The detail in this is incredible, and the fact that you only used pencil actually kind of surprises me. Beautiful job dude! Looking forward to more of your work. :)

First off, I'd like to point out the fact that you are the only reason I joined Newgrounds. Now for this one... Do i seriously need to write a review about this? It's amazing. This thing I will spread around and share with all my friends to get you more fans, Because you deserve them more than anybody does. Seriously this piece of art was stunning. I Won't be surprised if I read your name on books and magazines from now on. This is the number #1 piece of art I've ever loved of all time. Screw the stuff i see on TV and on museums... This thing is the only thing I have seen that actually deserves to be in museums. I'm not overpushing. I'm really proud of you. Also please don't leave Newgrounds when you become a famous artist. Because if you actually leave Newgrounds, I Will leave it too.
