Pretty Good
I like it. It has a good beat. The only issues I have are that there are a few too many spots where you drop the beat and don't bring it back really strong, maybe add another effect or something but it could use some improvement (0:30, 1:27, and 158). at 1:58 you did a little better of a job when the beat returns. The other thing is that I agree with Charmanzer in that the kick is a little thin.
Oh and I think it's a great Latin submission :P
