Great for a first flash
For a first time flash that was pretty good. The graphics were a bit "blah", but with better software you can make better graphics. And with more sounds, like gunfire noises, your flash will be much better. You show great potential. Keep it up.
Its ok
Put more weopons in this game and maybe make it a little easier but the draws and stuff are ok and its a god game for first sttewmpt

This wasn't bad, especially for a first attempt at a Flash game, but there's a few things I think you could do to improve, for example:
1. Add different weapons. You made crates you can shoot open, maybe the new weapons could be inside them?
2. Add sound effects for your bullets. It would be nice to get some kind of sound effect when shooting stuff. Different effects for shooting different stuff would also be nice, for example one sound for shooting monsters, one for crates, one for walls etc.
3. Make enemies who are actually animated, as opposed to just moving around the screen. Work on animating the monsters' body parts and they'll look a lot better.
4. Add Some kind of health/armour power ups.
5. Generally work on your drawing and animation as a whole. Like I said, your work shows promise, and I feel that if you work on some of the things I've mentioned, as well as working to improve your art and animation in general, we could be seeing some really good flash from you in the not-too-distant future. Keep it up dude!
