I noticed something. Something very sloppy.
In the very first scene with 'megaman', (man, was he ugly) the sign was pointing one way, but when the scene changed to show what was written on the sign, it was pointing the other direction where 'megaman' came from.
that is just plain sloppy. I have to give it a zero.

but most of them use sprites, all of this stuff was his own drawings. lots of work went into this, good job.

and this one was one of the worse ive seen, poor sound the animation poor, the backgrounds and drawings lame, and it is long and boring, please blam this thing

On a side note... Dr. Light DID NOT CREATE MEGAMAN TO DEFEAT WILY. Megaman was created as a worker robot to help out as a lab assistant. He was converted to a fighting robot after Wily, Dr. Light's friend, turned on him and used their first robots for chaos.
