the metal man stage from mm2 is not that quick to finish
wily does NOT drive a volkswagen
megaman does not have brown eyebrows
megaman can change his arm to the mega buster, it isn't eternally stuck like the mega buster.
those springy dudes are impossible to defeat, so megaman should not be able to destroy them
conclusion:
you suck at many things:
1. japanese (wtf is amenka?)
2. animation (i could do better and i'm only 13)
3. the understanding of some certain characters
4. humour... is "wilycar" supposed to make us laugh?!?

1. How you can confuse 'n' with 'ri' is way beyond me, unless you decided to turn your moniter on its side to read that ONE character, and then turned it back
2. Ok, lets see ONE animation that YOU have submitted. So far, I see LV 1, 'Light' which is clearly wrong, and
'uhhh.. i rawk'.
3. You think just because this follows the game very closely, all the enemies will have the same power, and life? its a flash, things will vary.
4. who the fuck uses the variant form of humor? Dont like it, eat a bullet.

Not bad.
Not bad, I always enjoy seeing a Megaman animation that doesn't involve sprites, but this one does have a few bugs in it.
-Character Design:
Hmm....sorta reminds me of the Megaman TV show char design, yet is totally weirder at the same time since Megaman didn't have THAT big of a chin...oO, etc. It would have been better if you had tried to stick to the original Char design or something similar to it.
-Animation
Pretty good, I would have liked to see some action that wasn't similar to the games though, as everybody knows Megaman like that....would have been cool if you had taken an actual movie/animation camera like view to it.
-Sound
Excellent. Can't go wrong with original SFX and music.
Overall, nice, but things to improve. I hope your next flash takes that into mind as you've got potential for something good. ^^
