Good Concept, Decent Result
The concept and art are good. The sound is placed fairly well. The animation is decent.
Now my critique.
The concept wasn't carried through with enough thought. In all of the cases, somebody would have noticed the dude. Wherever this is occurring, it isn't Earth. If you want to do better with the concept, you have to make it believable. I don't want to humor the idea of it actually occurring (even in this fictitious environment) because I would feel like an idiot.
The animation was good enough for its purpose; however, it was not as fluid as it could have been. For instance, the driveway of the Stink Fish factory curved to the left; however, the truck drove right past it. You took the easy route by just scaling and translating, and that is really all that needed to be done. However, since you didn't go the extra mile, I can't give full rating for the animation.
The sound was decent. In some parts, it didn't quite match up though. For example, the Stink Fish truck's sound effect when it's pulling into the factory panned too quickly and didn't match where the truck was on the screen. You'll need to match the sounds more accurately.
With all that said and done. Good work. I'm sure as your skill progresses, you'll get a lot better at this.
