Additions Needed
You should add some stuff. I came up with a few ideas:
1. Add sound, maybe like a slot machine.
2. Add dialogue, so that the sentence can be heard by the user.
The slot machine part would be easy. For the dialogue, you could record each verb, adjective and noun. Then you could make the sentences go together in a movie clip or something. Just suggestions to work with.

This damn random excuse machine got me fired, as would be the case had I been brainless enough to utilize your machine for such a purpose. As a source of humor, it excels, because who doesn't enjoy a random excuse machine? Now, where did I put my Canadian monkey?
