The older we get, the more we deal with death. It's eye-opening. :(

This song is a masterpiece of invoking deep rooted emotion and feelings. This song has the strength to remove all bitterness from a persons heart and allow them to soak up a loving sadness that revitalizes the sight for the things that really matter in life. Very powerful music you created here. My only complaint is I wish it was longer, but I can loop it so I still give it a 5 star rating. =)
It's interesting to read how people interpret sad songs in such different ways. Some listeners find themselves merely depressed while others gain a sense of hope and catharsis. What you said about removing bitterness fits well with how I view this piece. It represents a profound sorrow that is forward looking. It is a feeling of despair in the present but recognition that the ticket to the future is always blank. That one can choose to move on.
Thank you for your review.
One word: Amazing.
Thank you!
