from my experience, the goal to the next level changes almost daily... maybe there is no set level ups.
umm, yeah, i know that the exp. levels change, thats why i did it for blams only if you noticed:

100 Points = how much u need
2% = the bonus...
u get it? or i gotta put instructions into the flash on how to act like a person with over 5 IQ

you could have added the experience needed to reach each level... you could also have added how the wistle level is upgraded (your explanation doesn´t satisfacts).
