Looks odd...
The neck, to me, is just a bit odd looking. Also, the line near the stomach looks as if it were an inward curve. Still awesome, though.

The picture simply being pencil drawn and shaded looks alright to me anyways. I hope you remake the picture and add color to it, since color seems to add life to everything even though this drawing already seems to feel alive sort of. The story gives the picture a nice backing as well.
