Nice use of colours and shading. The black outlines give it a nice 3Dish effect.

Great work
The face was extremely well done, could not have been done better. The hand and suit don't seem to match the face's depth though. Maybe add some wrinkles, tie a little off to the side...not sure. But still an incredible drawing.

although the heavy outlines and the crosshatching in the left (his right) ear seem to clash with the overall style of the picture
otherwise it's great. good detail on the hair, skin, and gums/lips.
