Good lander

There are thousands of landers made in flash but yours is among the best ones.
There is a background, you have missions to fulfill, the graphics are above the average, good sounds, good maniability.

For me, the main problem was that it seems to ba impossible to finish the level 2. Also, the highscores didn't seem to work.
You could also have added some small animations when you finish a level, or when you crash too.

And last thing, I think you should call it Mars Lander instead of Lunar because, as far as I know, it's Mars that is red, and not the Moon ;-)

I appreciate the informative review. Here are some thoughts.

1. Level 2 is easy to complete. Hit the switch to turn off the mining equipment and stop the boulder, then grab the person and health bonus.

2. I'm going to try and get the highscores working. Dunno what's causing that bug.

3. As for ending animations, I wanted to do this, but have gotten tired of working on this project. Maybe after a hiatus?

4. Finally, I had thought about the whole Moon=grey/Mars=red thing. Maybe I will change the name to Lander II - Mars Rescue.

Nothing special...

Well it's just a normal Lander with a good engine and good graphics with an overall proffecional layout. I fail to see why this should be an inch better then all the other thousands of Lander games. Well, offcourse there was the picking up of the people, but in my opinion there has gotta be something more unique to a sort of remake of this kind if it should be worth playing. Also, you mentioned that the ship was very fragile. Too fragile in my opinion.

I've never liked Lunar Lander, so this flash version didn't have a chance with me - I just wanted to bump that last asshole's review off the page.

a ok decent game.

Its a pretty nice game nothing to special about it. Infact there was a game that came out along time ago for the sega genisis that was pracitcally just like this except there of course was alot more to it so since its already been done it lacks in style.

But other than that Good job i hope you make a 3rd and put alot more into it.

Well, when working alone, it's pretty hard to top a game made for the Genesis by a group of devoted game makers.

Likewise, I don't think there is much chance of a Lander III coming out any time soon. I've got some other projects I want to work on now instead.
