Nice! Has a beautiful modernist touch, especially in the water drops and bubble's shape, and it overall holds a reminiscence of S.XVIII japanese engravations. Colour choices are ok, giving it a lively feel. You should work on the cinetics: the bird is clearly diving at a high speed, but this is not conveyed through the drawing style, it is somewhat rigid, it lacks a bit of speed and movement. The yellow wing looks smaller than the blue one too.
The best thing about this art are the accurate, delicate details on the bird's feathers, and the smooth, chrome-ish water. Maybe the simplistic clear-lined style of the foreground (bird+water surface) contrasts excessively with the more abstract, multi tone background, but that's just a personal impression.
