Reviews for "Power of the Geek part 2"

A bit more exciting than the first one.

A lot more action compared to the first one. The plot is still lost to me.

Ben-Spurgin responds:

Trust me, it all comes together in part 3, just hang in there!

Good Job

Good Job, but im wondering hwo there can be another episode if the dudes dead?(it said to be continued) i saw his head fall off and smash onto the side walk.

Was this Supposed to be funny?

This movie had good graphics. but thats it, the music you used was horrible, the sound was choppy and cheesy, and Humor?! Hell no. with this type of movie, with all of the movement you need a faster and stronger song. Try a heavy metal song like...Metallica "Orion" which is instrumental.. and would fit this movie greatly. but the movement and animation in this movie are good.
:)

Ben-Spurgin responds:

Actually, I considered using more heavy metal like in Final Slayer, but metal just doesn't offer the diversity in themes that Zimmer and Rabin do. i.e. the decapitation scene music needs to be different than the rescue-the-girl music. But even if I did use metal, I wouldn't use Metallicrap! I'd use something decent like Gwar or Soulfly or Sepultura or something.

A mediocre at best melodrama

While I enjoy a good action story with an invigorating musical score, I can't commend the works of someone who blatetly rips off proven and true movie elemets, acting that they are their own. It's a sad world that we live in. A sad, sad world of plagarism and other such offences. It's great to see that you are just one of the crowd.

Hmm... not as good.

I'm sorry to say but this one is pretty average compared to the first and the third of the series. I mean, is it just me or does the old guy seem to bulk up in some scenes and turn much skinnier in others? The whole scene after the hero clicks the mouse button confuses me too... he's flying? A really weird jump? Dunno. Sorry folks.
