A send-up, but...
the only thing that’s true about it is the crazy animation. The 'UFO Catcher' thing means nothing; there are shit loads of things in Japan with different names (in most cases they’re the original names). Send-ups are only good if a really experienced flash animator made them and you’re not one. 5/10.
