Iron Earth Staff Forever!

Great game, though I think the Iron Earth Staff may be a bit overpowered. There was no monster that could fight me if I had that baby.

This could set up as a pretty cool thing. You could guarantee yourself any number of flash game submissions through this.

However, I would like to point out that most of the great RPGs had the main character starting out with a Pointed Stick, and he had to fight some kind of blob-like monster. Generally blue. So please go in that direction with it.

And omg 100 HP? What am I, made of diamonds? :P

Syrsly responds:

^.^' Actually, when I first created this, I expected it to be easier to make... I was wrong about that.
Umm... If and when I complete version two, I'll have improved graphics (better legs would help greatly) and more battle features/mechanics.

Not too Shabby

Perhaps it's just my love of RPGs talking, but I dont think that was too bad! It definetly has potential as a brand new RPG engine here on Newgrounds. Might I suggest the addition of sound, as well as the fixing of some of the bugs?

=p

This game would be cool if it was longer and... more character or battle. However... it seemed that you can't do anything much here. Make it longer please???

Good Start

Glitches and Ideas

-Characters movement seems sluggish, try a smoother animation

-Defend should cut damage you take in half. It doesn't do that.

-When you select a spell and click on the one you want they do not work. Fix that

-You should be able to exit the room

-Items don't work either

Lots of improvement is needed to make this great. I don't see too many RPGs on this site believe me.

Eh...

Could have used some sound to make things a lot more interesting....but its something worth playing when hella bored. But nontheless, it was ok
