Good idea
Instead of just going along with your 3d style flash you should first make a 3d mesh file of madness, if you do it right it would keep the arms from being flat and it would make his fase and body and so on look alot better. (dang, what a runon sentence.he)

I made it with 100 fps, that's probably the optimum smooth tweening setting but it really jacks up the filesize >.< (in this, it's the music)
