One of the many cases against my generation...may these new machines of freakishly-more-realistic-than-realit y graphics and seizure-causing explosions and cyber-artificial sex destroy us in our sleep! Thank goodness I was fortunate enough to at least grow up in the arcade.
Those kids just don't appreciate classic games
Pong was the first home console game AND the first arcade game. It may be cheesey but it's really fun to play. Space Invaders is fun too. Not as good as galaga but still good! Donkey Kong introduced the little fat ass who we all know and love, Mario! Those kids are little pricks. Anyone who says classic games suck also suck, dick that is.

lol those kids have such annoying voices, and Grand theft auto sucks. i started playing games in 1997. about when i was like 5 or 6.
yet i like RPG's from the early to mid 90's. Those kids obviously don't appreciate games from the early days. I'm glad i was never like that

Kids these days, I tell you, they're spoiled! Back in my day we had 2D graphics and two buttons and a joypad...MAX! *laughs*
I must say, my favourite gaming consoles to date are NES and well...Nintendo DS (although it's not a console). I haven't tried the Wii, yet, and Xbox is pretty good, too.
I still just think that the kids are too used to something more. While it great to have a huge plot and lots of variety in a game, sometimes being really simple is where it's at.
