it makes perfect sense. They were both high (please note dilated pupils) Because he was stupid AND high, he thought it would be okay to take the action he did. The moral: stupidity is bad.

It's people that are harmless, not weed. It's idiotic people that get high that are harmless, not the plant itself. Creative, but I can see a lot of arguements cause of this. Either way, good animation, interesting story good job!
Pretty decent comedy
Has a kind of deadpan humour style that I like - on the short side but funny throughout which is all that really matters. Good graphics, and nice comic violence. The stream it button didn't seem to work though.
