One question....
What the hell did that have to do with weed? Seems like he has hearing problems and needs to see a doctor about it. It make more sense if the other guy had the launcher and shot him.

it makes perfect sense. They were both high (please note dilated pupils) Because he was stupid AND high, he thought it would be okay to take the action he did. The moral: stupidity is bad.
Good job on the animation. It was short and funny and well done.
