The concept excites me!!!!
First of all you should have the cance to select from a cast of characters from the games of Pico, I think this should do:
1.-Obviously, Pico, Darnell and Nene
2.-Cassandra (either as a human or as a demon)
3.-One of the Gheeto boys
4.-Alucard (the guy with telekinetic powers)
5.-One of the UberKids
6.-Bear (Or "Bary")
I also think of some different levels where you race them and then a boss level where you fight a boss (That could be some Anti-Newgrounds idiot like Penny Bain or someone form the BBC), and like you should take bullets and blast him with the all-time good shotgun.
I know it must sound like a reap-off of Mario Kart, but I guess it was the concept (Add violence to please those violence thisty guys and to give it more Pico feeling). And I'm only giving my humble opinion, it's up to you to use itor not.

Even if it wasnt a shooting game which we r use 2 playing but it was still a good game. :) The slight humming sound in the bak round the crash of the rocks. -_- i feel asleep during the game O.O woke up 2 c that im still driving. Great job, keep up the good work! ^-^

Allright this was a lot better try to make the flaming comets not auto track, a possible random position would work much better :p.
