Minute for minute, this is probably the best RAB episode. It features classic RAB disgustingness, but not too terribly much. Like any good story, it features a character-driven plot and introduces Cat's Stepdad. There's a lot of pop culture references packed in here too.
Animation is just suberb, showing attention to detail and nice effects. This video came out in 2003, but it still looks fresh. If it was brand new content, I'd still give it a 10 and commend it for outstanding animation.
There's also another glitch besides the start button. About one quarter of the way in, the subtitles glitch up (all of the letters are stacked up in one spot). I guess that this 7 and a half year old animation doesn't quite work properly with the latest version of flash. I won't hold that against it.
