Pretty good tutorial
I liked it, and who said it has to be an animation or game, it's called the "FLASH" portal not the "ANIMATION OR GAME" portal.

Well you cant please everyone and i did make an animation i just thought some people migh want to know how to draw some cartoons to make BETTER ANIMATIONS instead of retarded horribly drawn animations, as the guy above said its a flash portal not a i made an animation or game portal

Wow, nice tutorial. i know you didn't do that last Bart, but either way, cool.
Not bad
I liked the tutorial for the most part. A couple things you may want to consider: There is a pretty large jump between the second to last and the last stages on Bart. And when doing buttons, you may want to just make the hit box cover the whole area instead of just on the letters themselves. It is kind of annoying when your button is nitpicky like that.

Also you have problems with your forward button. And you spelled it wrong.
Nice background/theme to Timmy's tutorial. I would have greatly enjoyed hearing some Simpsons music during the Bart one.
