It was ok.
I could understand a tutorial on apopular character like Bart, but why the other kid? This was ok. The buttons were kind of hard to hit though.

the other kid because a lot of people know who he is, and its one of those drawings i thought could lead to other better drwings and im gonna fix the buttons right now

If you want to make the hitbox bigger just open the button's timeline, and draw a big box or something in the frame labeled "hit". I hope that helps!
Nice Tutorial.
Next time though, make a background, or at least a better hit zone, for your buttons. I'm sure people trying to learn to draw will get turned of by having to click on the exact pixel of the texts.
