MaestroRage responds:

I hate it when that happens... I mean i'm going to school like I always do and suddenly i'm finding myself kicking some rattle snakes and falling on sand dunes...

Nice Arabic sound to it

I like the strings and angel voices. Is that an obo at the begining or clarinet?

MaestroRage responds:

Oboe at the beginning. There is actually two Indian instruments in this song. The Sitar, and the... flute... I completely forgot the flute I used, but it sounds similar to the European flute, with in my opinion, a finer, more silky texture. So using that for the long notes, and the regular for the flute, it worked out quite well.

Ah, another Canadian eh :D?! I'm not around there, but if you should see some young maniac pointing and waving his umbrella/random stick from ground, violently, please be sure to let him know he missed his bus stop... many many hours ago.

Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

Hmm... hot XD

I noticed one problem: that instrument that goes 'vieaaaoooow', its higher notes sound weird. Apart from that, nice job. Interesting and fitting instrumentation, I especially liked the trill flute and the violins at the end. Btw during the whole song there's a kind of paranoid feeling, of some constant unseen danger. It makes me uneasy o.O I couldn't relax to this... buut nevertheless very good song.

MaestroRage responds:

the Sitar? I liked the higher notes D: It's quite true the higher notes have a different texture and feel!

Also that paranoid feeling is only there because i'm totally stalking you. Look outside the window.

I was BLOWN THE FRICK AWAY! You are a god, ahem a DESERT god. You nailed the feel and tones with just the right volume on everything. 5d 10d favorited...d. My favorite song ever. I MEAN THAT. AAAAAAAAAHHH I LOVE THIS SO FUCKING MUCH

MaestroRage responds:

I'm glad you enjoy it hopetodie6543 :D! I've never done a desert theme before, yet I use Arabian scales often, so I decided to go ahead and give it a shot. Was worth it in my opinion, I think you might agree.

My personal favorite part of the song is the last minute, man I love that climax, could not be happier with that ending.

Thank you kindly for the review, again, i'm glad you enjoyed it :D!
