The choppiness,about 14 FPS(Frames per second a.k.a the thing that make your movie faster or slower depending on what number you put into it.)And...hmm you need more backgrounds,Get some from Sprite HQ.Use google(www.google.com) and type in Sprite HQ for the site.Theres your help.ill give you a 4 for your first submission.
