This is going to be a truly great series. you should have the voices instead of narration and find a new voice he has no feeling behind it but great monolouge non the less. One more thing "Her that could fly" comon thats kinda cheesy give her a name it will sound alot better!!

Alright, you need to get rid of whoever is doing your voices, if it is use, stop. Worst voice acting EVER. It takes away from the animation. I had to put it on mute to enjoy it.
The person talking is so monotone and uncolorful, but the animation is the best i have ever seen! Seriously awesome in every way.

Do you know what the definition of "arrogancy" is? It's setting up an online store and a forum for EPISODE NUMBER FREAKIN ONE of your show!!!!! How the hell do you know that anyone is even going to like it? Especially enough to buy something...
On to the review though...
The subject matter is cliched. You should really try to get off of the whole "grown in a vat and augmented by the government to be an unstoppable killing machine" thing. I've seen that a million-bazillion times. Everyone on Newgrounds has probably seen it a million-bazillion times.
And no, I will not be contacting the Cartoon Network or Tokyopop. The VERY LAST THING we need on TV is MORE ANIME. Especially anime made in the UNITED STATES. I think by now everyone has seen what anime looks, sounds, smells like. Just because you like something DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO COPY IT. By the way, ANIME IS JAPANESE, AND LAST TIME I CHECKED "MCCRAY" IS NOT A JAPANESE NAME.
THE GOOD PART OF THE REVIEW:
The only thing you have going for you is your artwork and animation. They are superb. Come up with an original idea and you will be a millionaire.
Funny. I'd say that arrogancy would be:
a) Not having the comprehension to understand that Arrogancy was already established as a series with 4 prologue chapters before this one.
b) Saying that a story is "unoriginal" because the base setup has been seen before - with no knowledge of the fruition of the entire story. Originality is determined by the details, not by the setup.
c) Viewing anime as a genre as opposed to a medium.
But, of course, that's just me :)

Great cartoon
I wouldn't say I was exactly a huge fan of the arrogancy series, the early ones did seem a bit, I don't know how to describe it, a bit "cheesy" I guess but the series showed promise. This promise has been finally fulfilled in "episode 1". If future episodes are more like "episode 1" then this could establish itself as one of the top series in Newgrounds. Let's hope episode 2 arrives soon :D
