Simple point and click, similar to The Sagittarian.
This was a bit of an experiment, and I realize it might be a tiny bit more text heavy than some players might like. That's okay though, I had a good time making it, and it was a fun experience.
I was trying to think of a way to combine rpg dungeon crawl elements with fantasy book bodies of text. Originally it was going to track stats and all kinds of goodies, but it was conflicting with the story-telling elements of the text pretty heavily.
It's something I'd like to revisit in the future though, and maybe refine. I think a bit more art, and a bit less text would be good, but no so much as to destroy the idea.
Anyway, hope you guys like it, thanks for playing! And a special thanks to Newgrounds for helping me do this kind of thing. I really, really enjoy it!

If anyone has any trouble with the scoreboard let me know, it was acting up earlier, but is working for me now. (This is the first time I've tried using the scoreboard!)

@ChakatTailswisher
The Rogue is the most important character in this story, though.
Twice he saves the party from disaster, and is instrumental in getting the ending where nobody dies (except for that suggestion of getting drinks...)
Haha, it's always the boozer that gets everyone in trouble.

Great idea! I love seeing CYOA games making a comeback! ^^ Sucks that the rogue is my favorite class to play as in D&D, but here he gets killed nearly every choice. Either way, I like the different character options, but the game as a whole is too short. A longer, more interactive game would have been awesome. Also, I can't seem to figure out how to get the first and fourth medals...

Great idea, NO GAMEPLAY. All you can really do is click and read...needs work to be called a game.

It's good but not great. The very first time I played it I had a victory without a single character being harmed and for that got a low score ??? I played DD in my youth and so I guess all of my choices were good intuitive ones.
I like the story, and don't mind it mostly being text, but it really does need more illustrations. I'll give it one or two more plays and make 'bad' decisions and see if that unlocks any of the other medals
The music was nice and fit the mood well.
Also what is up with all the slots for items? Again I just played it the one time; the only thing I ever picked up was the torch for Linka!
