I think Zombie Inglor is a more badass version of Mike Haggar from MvC3.

Really like the game, flash fighters aren't really my thing but this game just really made me get into it the same way I would street fighter. The soundtrack fits fairly well too.
Also it has Dan Mcneely, which is just a awesome crossover.
