One day, while you're testing a level for a developer friend of yours, you accidentally discover a hidden world inside the game. Alphaland is the story of exploring that world.
Arrow keys or WASD to move
Up/W/X/Space to jump
[Alphaland is a minimalistic platformer. It's pretty straightforward to play, so I'd rather not say too much and let you explore it yourselves. I hope you enjoy it!]
really well planned out and loved the level design it reminded me of metroid 2 on gameboy when you can glitch the world and enter the undeveloped section of the game where basic gaming logic is thrown for a loop. i loved the constant concern the program faced while at the same time wanting help. all in all i have to give this a 10 amazing job i am rarely impressed but this is truly remarkable!
There was a frontpaged game a little while ago called Shitty Fucking Art Game. This reminded me strongly of it. Strange thing is, I enjoyed playing that game and I enjoyed playing this, more out of the curiosity of it than anything else. I don't know what else to say, really. I didn't find your "message" deep or anything, but I could appreciate the fact you were trying to say something.
Getting the shivers from it
Actually.. I thought this would be an weird game, but after awhile, I got it. It's a very good game and I didn't see it coming actually. It was a fun experience to play, thanks, and make more of these games, please.
This is proof that you do not need fancy graphics to tell a story. Just game play and atmosphere. Great job
What’s inside this box? A lot of puzzles! Can you solve all 30?
